Benefits of water for our health

Water helps you lose weight
Drinking water benefits the body in several ways. For example: when drinking cold water the metabolism increases which could help the weight loss since the body has to spend more energy to increase the temperature after drinking cold water. This means that you burn more calories. In addition, in one study, overweight young women were instructed to drink approximately 2 cups of cold water half an hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner for eight weeks. At the end of the study, women experienced weight loss, a lower body mass index and better body composition scores. Water is also a great substitute for drinks with high sugar and calories, such as soft drinks and juices

Improves energy levels
The dehydration mild has negative effects on mood and energy levels. About two-thirds of the human body is composed of water, so dehydration affects most of the body’s functions. In studies, dehydration has been associated with increased fatigue , anger and confusion, as well as mood problems and decreased vigor. It must be well hydrated so that your cells work properly. Drinking water also helps maintain a healthy heart rate and blood pressure.
It needs to be well hydrated to produce lymph , an important body fluid and component of the immune system. All body systems work best in a water-rich environment. Drink water constantly throughout the day to avoid dehydration. If you wait until you feel thirsty, you are probably already dehydrated. Try a little water with lemon if the tap water does not attract you.

Improves mood
It is known that dehydration contributes to stress . Fatigue, anger, negative mood and cognitive problems increase when you are dehydrated. Stay ahead of stress and drink water throughout the day. Keep a bottle of water with you at all times and drink something every half hour or hour during the day. You are less likely to become dehydrated and feel stressed. Remember; do not wait until you feel thirsty. Thirst occurs when you are already dehydrated.
Morning is a healthy habit that benefits not only your kidneys but also your overall health. The pH of the urine affects the formation of kidney stones. Acid urine promotes the formation of some types of stones, while alkaline urine encourages the formation of different stones. Citric acid and calcium citrate are protective against the formation of kidney stones. How do you know if you are drinking enough water to take good care of your kidneys? Your urine should be a pale yellow color. If it is darker, it may be dehydrated. If it is colorless, it may be over hydrated.
